All of our training classes are one on one with the trainer unless otherwise specified by the student(s). If the class you are submitting your payment for is not available, your payment will be automatically rejected. Choose at least 1 date and time for any of the class packages. Dates that exceed the chosen class package will be considered as alternative dates. Dates not chosen can be scheduled at a later date.

We schedule classes 7 days a week from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. Our office hours are: Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. All of our training, studio rental, and other services can be scheduled after business hours by leaving a voice message at 212-777-3222, e-mailing us or by filling out the registration form associated with your particular training or service.
