Cancellation & Refund Policy
We value your time and strive to provide a fair and transparent policy for all our students.
Cancellations
You may cancel your class at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class start time are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation.
Late Arrivals
- If you join your session late, the class will begin at the time you arrive and end at the originally scheduled time.
No-Shows
- If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
