My editing journey began with three-quarter inch tape, leading me into the digital world. Working at advertising agencies in New York fueled my passion for storytelling.

My desire to teach emerged from the challenges I faced learning Avid, where costly classes restricted my access to equipment. I took charge of my education and advanced my editing career.

While teaching Avid on weekends, I embraced hands-on learning, recognizing that each student has a unique style, and individualized guidance greatly enhances their experience.

In 2001, following the launch of Final Cut Pro, I founded Final Cut Pro Classes Inc. in NYC, concentrating on personalized instruction. For 20 years, my team and I have helped thousands master Final Cut Pro, and witnessing my students’ excitement seeing their final projects inspires me to continue teaching online.
