1- You can get a full refund for any online class if canceled within 3 days from the date of the initial payment.

2- Classes or services cannot be canceled for any reason after 3 days of the initial payment and are non-refundable.

3- You can reschedule any class 1 time with a 48 hour or more notice.

4- You cannot reschedule an online class within the 48 hours of the scheduled class.

5- If the originally scheduled class or rescheduled class cannot be attended, that class will be forfeited. No refund will be given for the forfeited class.

6- If a student is late for their online class, the class will start from the time the student connects to the trainer, and conclude at the scheduled end time for the class. The amount of time the student was late cannot be added to the end of the class.
